Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy is a single document covering every product Bealivit Works Lda publishes — this website, and any app, game or other service we operate — because the same company, the same contact address and largely the same practices apply to all of them. Rather than listing what each product does, it describes what we do by category — for example, what happens where a product shows advertising or offers an in-app purchase — so it stays accurate as our line-up of products changes. This page is also published in Portuguese at bealivit.work/pt/privacidade.

1. Who we are

This policy is issued by BEALIVIT WORKS, LDA, a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 518872718), with registered address at Avenida de São João, 367, 4755-064 Barcelos, Portugal ("Bealivit", "we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, for our website and for the apps and games we publish under our own developer accounts.

For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at appstore@bealivit.work.

2. Scope

This policy applies to bealivit.work and to every app, game and other service we publish or operate (together, our "Services"), unless a specific Service comes with its own privacy notice — in which case that notice applies alongside this one, and takes priority for anything it specifically covers.

What a given Service actually collects depends on what it does — whether it shows advertising, offers an in-app purchase, stores data only on your device, or works entirely offline. Section 3 describes each of those categories; not every Service uses every one, and a Service that uses none of them collects nothing beyond what section 3.1 describes for our websites.

3. What we collect

The categories below cover every data practice used across our Services. If you came here from a specific app or game's store listing, this policy — read against what that product actually offers (ads, purchases, and so on) — is the one it points to.

3.1 Our websites

bealivit.work sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no account, sign-up or contact form. The only interactive elements are a mailto: link and a link to our LinkedIn page, neither of which sends anything to us through the site itself. Because there is nothing here to consent to, the site shows no cookie banner. Unless we state otherwise on a specific website, this is how all of our websites work.

The one thing we don't control directly: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (visiting IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user agent) for a limited period, for operating and securing the infrastructure a site runs on. See Vercel's privacy policy for details of that processing.

3.2 Data stored only on your device

Some of our apps and games have no account and no login. Where that is the case, your progress, settings and any other saved data live only on your device and are never transmitted to us. We have no access to that data, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3.3 Advertising

Where one of our apps or games displays advertising, it uses Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). The SDK may collect the device's advertising identifier, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interaction events, and diagnostic data, and share them with Google and its partners to serve and measure ads. In the EEA and UK we ask for your consent before any ad is loaded, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent tool; if you decline, you may still see non-personalised ads. Where a product offers a way to change that choice later — for example, a "Reset consent" option in its settings — you can do so at any time. See Google's advertising policy.

3.4 In-app purchases

Where an app or game offers an in-app purchase, it is processed by Google Play Billing or, on iOS, the Apple App Store. We never receive your card or payment details — the store handles payment and tells us only whether the purchase succeeded. Where a purchase removes advertising or another data-collecting feature, that collection stops from the moment the purchase completes.

3.5 On-device analytics

Some of our apps keep a small event log (for example, a session starting or ending, or an ad being shown) in memory, on-device only. It is not tied to any device or advertising identifier, is never transmitted anywhere, and disappears when the app closes unless you explicitly export it yourself for troubleshooting.

3.6 Offline use

Some of our apps and games work fully offline, or make no network connections at all. Where that is the case — or whenever your device is offline — the app shows no ads and processes no data beyond what's described in this section.

If a particular product processes data in a way not described here, we will describe it in that product, or update this policy, before it does.

5. Who we share data with

We use a small number of processors, each for a specific purpose:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes other than those described in this policy.

6. International data transfers

Google and Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, it is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as those providers describe in their own privacy documentation. We don't operate our own servers outside the EEA.

7. How long we keep data

We don't hold personal data on our own systems beyond what's needed to answer a request you send us. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a limited operational period and then rotated out. Data an ad SDK collects is retained under Google's own retention rules — see their policy linked above. Data stored only on your device (app or game progress, settings) stays there for as long as the app remains installed, under your control.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, write to appstore@bealivit.work. For data an ad SDK holds under its own identifiers, you can also reset or delete your device's advertising ID directly in your device settings.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or with the supervisory authority of your own EU member state.

9. Children

Our website and our apps and games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We keep the data we do hold to a minimum by design — most of what our apps handle never leaves your device in the first place. What is processed by our providers (Google, Apple, Vercel) is protected under their own security measures, industry-standard for companies of their size.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever our data practices change — most often, when advertising or purchases are added to a product that doesn't have them yet, or when we start operating a new product. The date at the top always reflects the latest version; this URL does not change between versions.
