Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are issued by BEALIVIT WORKS, LDA, a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 518872718), registered address Avenida de São João, 367, 4755-064 Barcelos, Portugal ("Bealivit", "we", "us"). Contact: appstore@bealivit.work.
2. Scope
These terms apply to bealivit.work and to every app, game and other service we publish (together, the "Services"), unless a specific Service comes with its own additional terms — in which case those apply alongside these, and take priority for anything they specifically cover.
3. Licence to use our apps
Where we publish an app or game, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and to the platform (Google Play / App Store) terms you accepted to install it. You don't own the app; you own your device and your save data, and we license you the software.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or use an app to build a competing product, except to the extent a mandatory law gives you that right regardless of this restriction.
4. Acceptable use
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- use them for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the normal operation of a Service (for example, through cheating tools, bots, or exploiting a bug for advantage over other players where the Service has any shared element);
- copy, scrape or republish our content or code outside what these terms or applicable law allow.
5. Intellectual property
The Services — their code, design, artwork, names, logos and text — belong to Bealivit or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you. Any content you create within a Service (for example, a shared result summary) remains yours, but by sharing it through the Service's own share feature you confirm you have the right to share it.
6. In-app purchases
Where an app offers an in-app purchase, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store, under that store's own payment terms. We never see or store your card or payment details.
Refunds are handled under the relevant store's own refund policy — request them through Google Play or the App Store directly, not from us. This is without prejudice to any statutory consumer right you have under Portuguese or EU law, which these terms never limit or exclude (see section 8).
7. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what we describe about them. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit — in particular, the statutory rights of consumers under Portuguese and EU consumer-protection law always apply in full.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bealivit will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any mandatory consumer-protection right — none of which this section affects.
9. Termination
You may stop using a Service at any time, including by uninstalling an app. We may suspend or terminate your access to a Service if you materially breach these terms, including the acceptable-use rules in section 4. Where a Service involves a one-time purchase, we do not revoke a purchase you have already validly made because of an unrelated termination of access.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
11. Consumer dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in Portugal and have a complaint we haven't resolved directly with you at appstore@bealivit.work, you can:
- register your complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (the Portuguese national electronic complaints book, which every provider of goods and services to consumers in Portugal is required to make available);
- refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity under Law 144/2015. For consumers in the Barcelos area, the competent entity is CIAB — Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo(Braga), whose coverage includes the municipality of Barcelos; a full list of Portugal's consumer arbitration centres is available from the Direção-Geral do Consumidor.
Using ADR does not stop you from bringing a claim before the ordinary courts instead, if you prefer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our Services change. We'll update the date at the top when we do; this URL stays the same across versions.
